Total E&P Bulgaria adapts its Energy and Environment Awareness Campaign to the virtual environment

Online edition of the Campaign

For the Earth Day in April 2020, several meetings with pupils from Varna and Burgas were planned but had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 lockdown. Therefore, in the beginning of the new school year our  plan for the campaign had to be adapted.

Last week, just before the Day of Enlighteners, an online lesson was performed for two classes from Primary school “Lyuben Karavelov” in Burgas, dedicated to the different types of energy sources, their history and uses and to the goals of sustainable development. The lecturer from Total E&P Bulgaria started the presentation with a short reminder about safety of children on the road and good ideas how to increase pedestrian’s visibility.

At the end of the online meeting, the pupils received from their teachers the brochure “Energy guide” and light reflectors, provided by Total E&P Bulgaria.
